1. Tangible Resources

• Dongguan plant, 56,000 square meters; Jiangxi Plant, 28,000 square meters; Vietnam plant, 66,000 square meters.

• We maintain no debt obligations and fully utilize our total capital to build a global enterprise.

• Our Taiwan purchasing team source fabrics, leather, accessories and trims worldwide and our China purchasing team source key production materials from within the nation. Our HK office handles all transits of international materials to our plants in China and Vietnam.

• Okeotex: We conduct extensive testing under Okeotex criteria to inspect material quality and to guarantee non-toxic textiles for our customers. It’s been 16 years since we started sourcing our materials under this standard.

• Stability: As a socially responsible company, we follow all legal requirements and create a safe and comfortable environment for our employees.  We always invest heavily in information security to protect our clients and our employees’ information.

• Unparalleled History: We uphold our responsibilities of legal compliance, tax payment, CSR, fair employee treatment and supplier relationship.  We produce 100% of our goods at Youngtech facilities, which are certified by BSCI, FWF and Goretex.

3. Human resources:

• We have an experienced leadership group with at least 10 years of working experience from each manager at Youngtech. 

• Employee’s average age is always between 30 and 40. 

• We always sustain at least 1,500 workers at any moment.
